(b) On August 25, 2013, Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (the "Company") notified Malone Bailey, LLP that effective immediately the Company was switching independent accountants. The Company believes it needs an independent accountant closer to its operations located in Montana. Several firms are under consideration and the Company expects to name a replacement in the near future.
