As the primary Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in the County, the Communication Center receives all 9-1-1 and non-emergency calls for the four law enforcement agencies, six fire departments, andparamedics who serve Ada County. The Communication Center has approximately 58 employees and processes 468,000 calls per year. -After a thorough evaluation which included an extensive request for proposal (RFP) process and hands-on demonstrations for 10 days, Ada County selectedTriTechs Inform CAD and mobile solutions to replace the Countys existing CAD and mobile computing applications.
