Arthur D. Little Announces the Election of Its Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and Committees
BRUSSELS --(Business Wire)--
Arthur D. Little, the global management consultancy linking strategy,
technology and innovation to transform business, announces that its
Board of Directors has been re-elected by its General Assembly of
Shareholders during the Annual General Meeting held in Belgium.
Following the election of the Board of Directors, Ignacio GarciaAlves
was re-elected for another three year term as Chairman of the Board and
Global Chief Executive Officer.
The Board of Directors comprises Vincent Bamberger, Managing Partner of
France, Saverio Caldani, Managing Partner of Italy, Fabian Doemer,
Managing Partner of Central Europe, Ignacio GarciaAlves, Chief Executive
Officer and Chairman of the Board, Thomas Kuruvilla, Managing Partner of
the MiddleEast, Bo Lenerius, Managing Partner of Nordics, and Nick
White, Managing Partner of the United Kingdom.

of Arthur D. Little since its MBO (Management Buy-Out): the acquisition
of the firm will have been reimbursed by the end of 2014 (in only three

The General Assembly also elected the new Audit Committee, Partnership
Committee and Compensation Committee for a new three year term.
