VGCC, Chamber and Verizon Present iPad Seminar


(Targeted News Service Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) HENDERSON, N.C., July 8 -- Vance-Granville Community College issued the following news release: Verizon Wireless, the Henderson-Vance Chamber of Commerce and Vance-Granville Community College's Small Business Center are partnering to present a "Lunch Break to Educate" seminar called "Stay Connected to Your Small Business Using the iPad," on Wednesday, August 13, from noon until 1 p.m. in Building 7 on VGCC's Main Campus.



Autumn Gibson, Business Sales Manager for Verizon Wireless, will lead the discussion. She will describe how Apple's iPad has proven to be a "game-changing" device for small business owners who either want to manage operations more effectively on-the-go or use the device to expand and enhance their customer and client relationships.

In this hands-on seminar, participants will learn how to efficiently find and use business applications for mobile devices that drive productivity and streamline business processes.


The cost to attend the seminar is $10 per person, which includes lunch from Lotus Lounge Cafe.
