Hemminger Joins Austin Office of Lancaster Pollard

Kyle Hemminger has joined the Austin office of the specialty investment banking and mortgage banking firm Lancaster Pollard as vice president. He will be responsible for clients in Central and West Texas, including the cities of Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and El Paso, and will oversee the structuring and funding of health care project financings for hospitals and senior living providers in the region. Previously, he was a senior associate at the firm's headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.

He has a thorough understanding of the various financing structures available through bond financing, bank financing, HUD-FHA, Fannie Mae and USDA programs.

Hemminger has a master's degree in business administration from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University in Columbus. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and is a veteran of the Iraq War where he served as a cavalry officer. He holds general securities representative licenses (Series 7 and Series 79).
