Air Seychelles gets new board [Agence de Presse Africaine](Agence de Presse Africaine Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Seychelles' President James Michel has appointed the directors representing the government on the board of Air Seychelles Ltd, ‘Seychelles Nation' reported on Saturday.The new board include Internal Affairs and Transport Minister Joel Morgan, who will also continue as chairman; Finance, Trade and Investment Minister Pierre Laporte, Ambassador Maurice Loustau-Lalanne, and Jean Weeling-Lee. The government of Seychelles holds 60 percent shares in the company. The remaining 40 percent shares are held by Etihad Airways which will nominate the remaining directors on the board of Air Seychelles.
