Video Surveillance System Installed Dundo Museum


(AllAfrica Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) A modern video surveillance and security system was installed in the Regional Museum of Dundo, eastern Lunda Norte province, said on Tuesday the Culture Minister, Rosa Cruz e Silva, at the end of a few-hour visit paid to the region.



She explained that the installing of the video surveillance equipment is concluded and the work was carried out by Portuguese technicians, under the facelift and renovation programme of the Dundo Museum.

Rosa Cruz e Silva underlined that the modern system installed in the museum permit to record all movements registered in each exhibition halls.


"In this point of view, Dundo Museum is absolutely secured", he said.

Rosa Cruz e Silva equally analysed with the provincial governor of Lunda Norte, Ernesto Muangala, aspects related to lack of houses of culture, a complaint made the cultural agents of the region.
