RSI releases Rock Solid Attributes™ for Petrel®HOUSTON --(Business Wire)-- RSI is pleased to announce the release of version 1.0 of Rock Solid Attributes (RSA (News - Alert)) for Petrel on Friday 31 January 2014. RSI's attributes already have a strong following in the industry and provide interpreters with the information they need as part of their multi-physics workflows. RSA allows the user to calculate over 80 seismic attributes, including instantaneous attributes such as relative acoustic impedance, multi-trace attributes such as semblance and curvature, and various hybrid attributes. The package is seamlessly integrated with Petrel and features the Rock Solid Guide™, an interface especially adapted for geologists and interpreters to allow for easy selection of the most appropriate attributes based on geology and interpretation goals.
