Mr So told reporters today the Telecommunications Ordinance has a clear stipulation should the parties fail to reach an agreement. If one of the licence holders makes the request, a round of representations would be made. "If a reasonable period of time has expired and no agreement has been reached, then the Communications Authority can make a decision on the terms and conditions of the agreement in sharing the facilities.
