The term of Neil McBride as a member of the Tennessee Valley Authority Board of
Directors ended January 3, 2014, with the adjournment of the first session of
the 113th Congress. His term of office, which began in 2010, expired May 18,
2013. The TVA Act permitted him to continue to serve as a Director until the end
of this session of Congress.
