Oracle Japan Focuses on IT System Initiative for Electric Industry in JapanApr 26, 2013 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX) -- Sparks new proposals for electric companies in Japan by utilizing Oracle's best practice of electric utilities deregulation and separation of electricity generation and transmission/distribution in overseas markets TOKYO, Japan -- The Electricity System Reform , pursued by the Japanese Government, aims to achieve three purposes: [i] securing the stable supply of electricity, [ii] suppressing electricity rates to the maximum extent possible and [iii] providing consumers with choices as well as business operators with opportunities to expand their businesses.
