SANS Institute to offer Technical Hands-On Information Security Training to Train Cyber Guardians!BETHESDA, Md., March 14, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SANS today announced that they have selected some of their most technical, hands-on information security courses to train our country's Cyber Guardians. SANS Cyber Guardian 2013, April 15 - 20, is coming to the Hilton Baltimore campus, located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor District. SANS Cyber Guardian 2013 will put you on the path to becoming a Cyber Guardian. It features all four of the Cyber Guardian baseline courses, along with one course for the Red Team, and two courses for Blue Team. Anyone can attend these courses; they are not just for Cyber Guardian candidates. When describing his experience taking the Web App Penetration Testing and Ethical Hacking course at a recent SANS training event, Brad Milhorn, with ii2P LLC, stated "SEC542 is a step-by-step introduction to testing and penetrating web applications, a must for anyone who builds, maintains, or audits web systems." SEC542 is also a Cyber Guardian Red Team course.
