China,Korea Republic of,United States : GTI completes roaming trials between US, CHINA, and S. KOREA mobile operators [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) The Global TD-LTE Initiative (GTI) has successfully completed roaming trials among mobile operators in the US, China, and South Korea. The operators comprised in the new TD-LTE/LTE-FDD roaming trials consist of: China Mobile (China), Clearwire (US), Softbank (Japan), KT (Korea), and Bharti Airtel (India). China Mobile recently finished global roaming trials with Korea Telecom and China Mobile Hong Kong, and with Clearwire in both Hong Kong and mainland China.
