Partner's shares to be sold by Leumi PartnersJan 25, 2013 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Partner Communications Company Ltd (Nasdaq:PTNR) (Tel Avis:PTNR.TA), an Israeli mobile communications operator, on Thursday said that it has been informed that Leumi Partners Ltd and S.B. Israel Telecom Ltd have entered into a share purchase agreement on 23 January 2013, under which S.B. Israel Telecom will purchase from Leumi Partners 3,200,000 ordinary shares of Partner. Under the terms of the share purchase agreement, the minority shareholder rights that were granted to Leumi Partners by Scailex Corporation Ltd, in connection with its holdings in Partner, shall be terminated as of the closing of the transaction. This transaction is expected to be completed concurrently with the closing of the transaction between Scailex Corporation and S.B. Israel Telecom in the next few days.
