ERF Wireless Continues to Expand Its High-Speed Terrestrial Networks in Texas Covering Major Oil and Gas Drilling AreasLEAGUE CITY, TX, Jan 16, 2013 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- ERF Wireless, Inc. (OTCBB: ERFB), a leading provider of enterprise-class wireless and broadband products and services, announced today that the company has completed building its previously announced high-speed wireless broadband network in the Eagle Ford Shale region of South Texas. This network covers major oil and gas drilling and production areas that extend southwest from Yoakum, Texas, to an area near Cotulla, Texas. When combined with other South Texas wireless networks that ERF Wireless has under contract, the new network provides the ERF Wireless oil and gas subsidiary, Energy Broadband, the most comprehensive terrestrial wireless network coverage available for the Eagle Ford Shale region. The company has also completed additional network expansions and established three separate new network regions in the Permian Basin of West Texas in areas west and south of the Midland-Odessa area.
