The conference aims to discuss and agree new approaches to a greater convergence of a wide range of technology and customer experience management tools. Following the successful restructuring of Zain Group, the company has brought together its Network and IT partners in order to align all operating companies and partners around a renewed commitment to superior technological performance and deeper relationships with the company's customers.
