Syncronys International Terminates LOI to Acquire ZillacommSep 25, 2012 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- Syncronys International, Inc. on September 20 announced that they have terminated the Letter of Intent to acquire Zillacomm, Inc., a company that is in the business of designing and building wireless networks for major wireless companies. According to a release, Syncronys and Zillacomm will continue to pursue joint ventures and other business opportunities. According to Rex Gay, Syncronys CEO, "Zillacomm's work with commercial carrier wireless networks and energy utilization, plus their developing interest in renewable energy applications and Smart Grid systems is exciting.
