Edgewater Wireless Continues Growth in Mexico with DIVITEL(R)(Marketwire (Canada) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) OTTAWA, CANADA and MEXICO CITY, MEXICO--(Marketwire - April 4, 2012) - Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc., (TSX VENTURE:YFI) a leading developer and manufacturer of multi-channel 802.11 wireless communications equipment, is pleased to announce that it has received a sizeable order for its EAP3000 access points from Division Integral de Telefonia (DIVITEL(R)) S.A. de C.V., a leading systems integrator and solution provider of communications networks in Mexico. The order for approximately one-hundred thousand dollars in Edgewater Wireless equipment is the first order from DIVITEL(R) to be applied against a distribution agreement between the two companies signed in January which enables DIVITEL(R) to sell, service and support Edgewater Wireless EAP3000 products in Mexico. Further orders against the distribution agreement are expected.
