Neudesic Announces Latest Release of Neudesic Pulse

Neudesic has released an enhanced version of its pioneering enterprise social collaboration software, Neudesic Pulse (News - Alert). Organizations can now create an enterprise-wide social fabric, which links workers and improves their ability to work together competently, with Neudesic Pulse 3.0.


 
Now, employees within an enterprise will be able to access the relevant knowledge and also share information within the selected application by leveraging this collaboration software, thereby allowing organizations to convert from an assembly of siloed workers to a flawless enterprise. Workers should be able to utilize the software in the already used systems, applications and devices, in order to truly accomplish the gains of enterprise social. Neudesic Pulse, which can work with Microsoft (News - Alert) SharePoint, CRM, Lync and Office 365, along with legacy applications, is presented across cloud, on-premise and mobile platforms.

 
In a release, David Mario Smith, Senior Research Analyst at Gartner (News - Alert), said, 'Organizations are increasingly seeking collaboration software that integrates with the systems and applications they're already using. They want to be able to leverage collaboration tools in real-time in the context of the business processes.'
 
The latest release of Neudesic Pulse, version 3.0 includes a Unified Activity Stream, which permits CRM users to associate within accounts, opportunities or leads with other Neudesic Pulse users connecting in SharePoint, thereby reinforcing its incorporation with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft CRM. The novel Systems Hub feature of Pulse 3.0 allows Neudesic Pulse users to work together with Microsoft CRM or other line of business applications from inside their Activity Stream. SharePoint can now be used to access and accumulate documents from within Pulse with this latest release, thereby generating a social fabric across the organization.
