Elephant Talk Communications Expands Into U.S. Through Contract With AirTouch Communications(Marketwire Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) SCHIPHOL, THE NETHERLANDS -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 12/13/11 -- Elephant Talk Communications Corporation (NYSE Amex: ETAK) (www.elephanttalk.com) has announced that it has signed a contract with AirTouch Communications (OTCBB: ATCH) (www.airtouchinc.com) to provide a Carrier Grade Mobile Services Platform for AirTouch, under a recent agreement for 4G LTE wireless carrier services that AirTouch executed with LightSquared. LightSquared, based in Reston, VA, is a wholesale carrier building a nationwide wireless broadband network. The announcement was made on the day that Elephant Talk rings the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange in recognition of the company's listing on the NYSE Amex and it coincides with the growth of Elephant Talk's market penetration to almost 1 million SIMs in Europe, based on similar Mobile Services Platform agreements.
