AT&T to acquire SuperclickSep 27, 2011 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- AT&T Corp. through its subsidiary has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Superclick, Inc., a provider of IP infrastructure management and converged network design solutions, for approximately $15 million in cash. Both the companies are based in the US. AT&T provides long-distance telephone and other telecommunications services. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2011. Headwaters MB, LLC is acting as financial advisor to Superclick.
