PCI Awarded Texas DIR Satellite Services ContractSAN ANTONIO --(Business Wire)-- Proactive Communications, Inc. These satellite services can provide rapid support for the upcoming hurricane season, other disaster assistance scenarios, communications interoperability, and other situations that require reliable long distance communications in austere areas.
