J Polep selects UltiPro Workplace for HCM process automationMar 31, 2011 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- Ultimate Software, a provider of unified human capital management, or HCM, SaaS solutions, has announced that J Polep Distribution Services, a convenience store distributor in the US, has selected UltiPro Workplace to automate and streamline its HCM processes. With a strategic plan for growth, the company selected UltiPro's unified HR functionality, HR reporting tools, and web portal for employees to support and complement the company's expansion. Kim Counter, director of human resources of J Polep Distribution Services, said: "Before UltiPro, we had no time to be proactive or develop strategic reports.
