Falck Training to Leverage QlikView for Business Intelligence SolutionJan 25, 2011 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- QlikTech, a provider of business intelligence software, announced that Falck Training has selected its QlikView software as their global Business Intelligence solution. QlikView will be used in fourteen countries on five continents to manage the expanding operations in Europe, the U.S., South America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Falck Training will use QlikView as the front-end system for a consolidated view of global sales, finance, planning and CRM from numerous disparate systems such as salesforce.com, Navision, Hyperion, Wallchart and the company's online booking system. Falck Training was able to leverage existing data warehouse assets to provide data for rapid development of QlikView applications in a few days. With immediate visibility and efficient strategic planning, the company will now leverage QlikView's full competitive advantage for its global roll-out on existing and new operations. The global roll-out will take place in 2011 and will start in Europe encompassing 9 global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). QlikView is used for: -Training Revenue and Effectiveness - The QlikView application monitors training courses by type, location, attendee, company, etc. Cross-functional visibility of data from the technical support application pinpoints areas for training improvement and expansion. -Sales Performance and Trends - QlikView sales applications track 3 different KPIs relating to sales and compares these between 30 training sites and thousands of courses per year. -CRM - QlikView CRM applications can be drilled up and down on an individual level. Falck Training is planning to use QlikView to further develop the organization's response times to increase customer satisfaction.
