Using VQA's voice quality monitoring solution, an operator or administrator can pinpoint detailed issues within the voice path, including noise, echo, level mismatches, compression artifacts, packet delay and jitter. The VQA algorithms can then be applied to manage those artifacts and improve the user experience. In network tests, VQA has been shown to improve average voice quality by up to 0.5 MOS points, which translates into a much improved calling experience.
