Connexus Corp and Epic Advertising to merge(Corporate IT Update Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Connexus Corporation, the owner of online ad network and social media company Traffic Marketplace, is to merge with Epic Advertising, an online performance network and search marketing company, the two firms said on Wednesday. Financial terms of the merger agreement were not disclosed. The combined company will provide a full range of digital marketing services, from brand building to customer acquisition, offering advertisers and publishers the ability to access display, search and social media Internet traffic from more than 225 countries and territories. This merger is expected to create one of the largest private digital media firms in the world, with offices in Los Angeles, New York, Toronto, London, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit and the Silicon Valley.
