The terms of the agreement were unveiled in Milan this week at a press conference at the Bulgari Hotel by Pierre Chappaz, CEO, founder of Kelkoo and Wikio, and Diego Masi and Andrea Febbraio, CEO and Director General of PromoDigital respectively.
