HigherGround has integrated Left Bank's innovative workforce management solution, Monet(TM), with its Fusion Series 7(TM) product suite of call recording and reporting solutions. The reciprocal agreement between these two industry leaders marks a continuation of HigherGround's strategy of aligning with best of breed technology partners.
