Indiagames Using CommerceTel's CallForContent System to Distribute The Office Games; Simple Dial-a-Number-Get-Your-Content Process Expected to Drive Sales

LOS ANGELES --(Business Wire)-- Sept. 12, 2006 -- CommerceTel, a mobile technology company dedicated to removing obstacles that have limited the adoption of mobile content, announced today that Indiagames, one of the world's leading mobile content publishers, is using CommerceTel's CallForContent(SM) (C4C(SM)) system to distribute The Office Games, a just launched series of six mobile mini games based on characters from NBC's hit TV show The Office. Licensed through an agreement with Universal Mobile Entertainment, The Office Games is currently available on Verizon, Cingular and Amp'd. It will be available on Sprint and T-Mobile by September 21st.

"CommerceTel's CallForContent is the fastest and most efficient way to get mobile content into the hands and phones of mobile users, and we are pleased to be using it to distribute The Office Games, which is already in high demand from mobile users," said Sean Malatesta, vice president, business development, Indiagames. With CallForContent, we are presenting users with a standard 10-digit toll-free phone number. When users dial the number, they hear a simple message and clear instructions on how to download The Office Games. They then respond simply with touchtone input and the content is sent automatically to their cell phones and billed to their monthly wireless invoice. This extremely simple and user-friendly process will very positively impact download rates, we are sure."

C4C is the only system of its kind. Unlike other systems that require the use of special dialing formats such as #ABC or **123, which can only be used at the discretion and with the permission of individual wireless carriers, C4C uses North American Number Plan (NANP) numbers that can be dialed from any mobile or landline phone. C4C is an all IP, all software, massively-scalable platform that supports virtually unlimited simultaneous inbound calls. It enables content owners and mobile marketers to launch various campaigns for interactive advertising, mobile content distribution, and transacting of commerce by phone in a matter of minutes as there is no need to wait for the provisioning of special dialing codes or short codes that can sometimes take months. C4C fully supports carrier PSMS billing as well as alternative micropayment processing.

The Office Games features the well-loved characters from the television series participating in a selection of cubical game-play including wasketball, paper-football (hateball), table-top golf, office paper war, chair racing and more--everything Michael Scott would not approve of.

"We are very pleased and excited to have C4C drive the distribution of Indiagames' The Office Games," said Steve Cherry, CommerceTel CEO. "Now that the games are linked with C4C, which makes acquiring mobile content super simple and absolutely non-frustrating for users, we are sure that The Office Games will be as big a hit as The Office TV show."
