PetGadgets.com Helps HGTV's 'I Want That!' Television Show

FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz. --(Business Wire)-- July 6, 2006 -- PetGadgets.com, an online retail site, is proud to have helped Home and Garden Television (HGTV) in connection with today's program of "I Want That!"

The program showcases the hottest techno-trends, futuristic fixtures and coolest must-have gizmos for the home. It's the ultimate go-to-guide for insider information and sneak previews of the next big thing.

Geoff Mott, creator of PetGadgets.com, was contacted by the show because of two products on his site. Mott, who is frequently tapped by the media for his expert knowledge of gadgets and gizmos, has seen this segment of the pet industry grow by leaps and bounds in the past 12 months.

"Consumers are demanding more innovative products that help make caring for their pets easier," he said. "While some of the products showcased on our site may seem outlandish or extravagant, many owners have now started to view them as necessities."

Products highlighted on the show are the "Glo Leash" by Viatek, a nifty leash that makes it safe and fun to walk your dog at night, and the "Hydration System Dog Pack" by Kyjen Co., a watering pack that your pet carries on hikes and long walks.

Another product highlighted on the show is the AquaVista 500 Wall Mounted Aquarium by AquaVista Enterprises Inc., a slender tropical fish tank that hangs on your wall like framed artwork. HGTV contacted the company directly after seeing it on PetGadgets.com. Earlier this year PetGadgets.com selected the AquaVista 500 as one of the Top Five New Products for 2006.

The show will air on:

July 6 (12:30 a.m. ET/PT), July 7 (11:30 p.m. ET/PT), July 8 (3:30 a.m. ET/PT) and July 9 (2 p.m. ET/PT)
