Fairchild Semiconductor Technologists to Present at the International Power Electronics Conference - IPEC


SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine --(Business Wire)-- April 1, 2005 -- Leading technologists from Fairchild Semiconductor (NYSE:FCS) will present four technical papers at the upcoming International Power Electronics Conference (IPEC) in Niigata, Japan, April 4-8. The papers will cover a broad range of power-optimization topics incorporating power modules for switched-reluctance motor drives, smart power and power factor correction modules, MOSFETs, and other innovative Fairchild product solutions. Now in its fifth year, IPEC provides academics, engineers and researchers with a venue for exploring and discussing the latest developments and trends impacting the power electronics, motor drive and motion control arenas.
