[February 17, 2004] Securitas USA Secures GeoLearning’s GeoMaestro Platform For Hosted LMS & LCMS Solution GeoLearning, Inc., a provider of hosted learning management systems and e-learning content, announced that Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a subsidiary of the world’s largest security services company, has chosen the GeoMaestro platform as its enterprise-wide learning management system (LMS) and learning content management system (LCMS) solution.Securitas USA will deploy GeoLearning’s hosted platform to manage e-learning content delivery and development for its 100,000 employees across the United States. The GeoMaestro™ LMS will provide enterprise-wide registration, tracking and reporting while the LCMS will be used to develop e-learning content and convert existing classroom and print-based material for online delivery. GeoLearning’s Custom Courseware division has also been contracted by Securitas USA to develop a series of courses in the areas of security management, supervision and customer service.
