Full Tilt Poker Unveils Official Site With Tournaments, Renowned Poker Stars and Real Money Games Where Permitted By Law

LOS ANGELES --(Business Wire)-- July 15, 2004 -- TiltWare, LLC, a Los Angeles-based software design and licensing company, has announced the official launch of Full Tilt Poker(TM) (www.fulltiltpoker.com), advanced poker software that was created to improve the overall online poker experience. The software was designed by some of the world's finest and most notable poker players, including Chris Ferguson, Phil Ivey, Howard Lederer, Erick Lindgren, Erik Seidel, Andy Bloch, Phil Gordon (Co-host, Celebrity Poker Showdown,) Clonie Gowen, Jennifer Harman, and John Juanda, also known as "Team Full Tilt." FullTiltPoker.com will give users of all skill levels the opportunity to play against these poker champions for fun or for real money where online games of skill are permitted by law.

Full Tilt Poker(TM) offers real money games and tournaments where permitted by law. New games include Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Stud Hi/Lo, Single Table and Multi-Table Tournaments. Each Team Full Tilt member has their own personal table labeled with their name, which will change to the color red when they are seated to notify users when they are playing. Team Full Tilt members will take turns playing the various games offered on FullTiltPoker.com and there will typically be at least one member playing on the site at any given time.

The 2004 Full Tilt Poker Games will begin with satellite tournaments on July 10th. The games will feature a No-Limit Texas Hold'em event. After the No-Limit tournament, the winner will play four of the Team Full Tilt All-Stars: Phil Ivey, Chris Ferguson, Erick Lindgren and Howard Lederer. Team Full Tilt Poker players will not keep any of the money they win during these tournaments. The money they win will go into a bounty pool that will be shared equally by all of the players who knock a pro out of the main event.

"We have been working so hard for this moment when we can now offer poker fans our complete software suite with real money tournaments, where permitted by law, that allow users to play against real champions from Team Full Tilt," said Bob Wolf, chief marketing officer of TiltWare, LLC. "We could never have done it without the expertise and support from our Team Full Tilt Members and want to let our new users know to stay tuned for some exciting opportunities on the site in the near future."

To show Full Tilt's appreciation for all the players who supported the site during its beta period, the company also gave away a guaranteed minimum of $30,000 in its Beta Point Blowout Tournament beginning Thursday, July 1st. Beta points were awarded for every hand played until June 27th and were converted to free entries into the Blowout Tournaments. A total of 30 free roll tournaments were played through July 8th.

"Online poker is a growing phenomenon and the fact that unknown Internet players have won the final event of the World Series of Poker Tournament two years in a row is a testament to how much you can learn online," said Howard Lederer, Team Full Tilt member who had four final table appearances at this year's World Series of Poker. "I'm thrilled to be involved with Full Tilt Poker where poker enthusiasts and beginners alike can play against poker pros, cultivate their skills and ultimately advance their game."

The Team Full Tilt members have all made firm commitments to play and interact with players on the site. Users can play against Team Full Tilt members for free by logging onto www.fulltiltpoker.com and joining the game. Where applicable laws and regulations permit, and when users feel ready, they can also play against Team Full Tilt members in low stakes, real money games.

Full Tilt's site features were developed by top poker players to ensure ease-of-use and maximum enjoyment. The software is designed to provide immediate, real-time play through a stable interface. Additionally, the software offers interactive capabilities that allow users to chat with each other while playing. When users play Full Tilt Poker, they can customize several features including their themed background graphics and their "Avatar" which is an animated persona that can change emotions.
