The implementation includes Dilithium Networks’ patent-pending AnswerFastTM technology, which can reduce call set-up times by 4-8 seconds compared to other protocol stack implementations. The H.324M protocol is an ITU-T standard, which has been adopted by both 3GPP and 3GPP2 standards bodies and enables real-time streaming and conversational video services over wireless networks. “The H.324M/3G-324M protocol is the multimedia protocol of choice for leading 3G operators to deliver conversational voice and video services to its customers. There is an increasing interest among handset vendors to offer 3G-324M enabled handsets to the market to support richer applications like video-telephony, videomail and streaming.
