[November 20, 2003] ACCPAC CRM 5.6 Released ACCPAC International, Inc., a subsidiary of Computer Associates International Inc., announced today the launch of an upgrade to the company's customer relationship management (CRM) application for small and mid-size businesses (SMBs), ACCPAC CRM(TM) version 5.6.The new version includes enhancements designed to improve integration with other business management applications, make the product even faster and easier to use, and provide greater freedom of choice for businesses so they are not limited by the lock-in strategies of other technology vendors.
