[November 13, 2003] TechExcel CRM Suite Gets an Upgrade TechExcel, Inc. has announced the general availability of TechExcel CRM 5.0, a high-end Customer Relationship Management software suite including marketing, sales, Web forms, professional service, and customer support solutions.TechExcel CRM 5.0 represents TechExcel’s commitment to provide the market with a high-end CRM solution that offers high-end features and functionality without requiring additional programming or consulting services for deployment and maintenance. Formerly TechExcel FrontOffice, TechExcel CRM Suite features built-in solution template support for out-of-the-box configuration and introduces the MarketingWise Suite, providing a marketing automation solution. The company said MarketingWise Suite provides a more effective marketing management and lead generation and qualification tool by allowing users to easily enable their company website to be the most effective tool to communicate and interact with their customers and sales prospects. Website contents and HTML pages can be both personalized and controlled with Web tracking capabilities and all of the data captured can be easily analyzed and presented using built-in reporting. While some CRM vendors have taken the approach of providing easy to use and easy to deploy CRM solutions by reducing process automation power and functionality, TechExcel maintains its belief that a powerful CRM solution can be developed with complete functionality and yet, still be easy to use and to deploy. The new release also introduces Solution Templates, a tool to speed evaluation and deployment of the solution. It allows TechExcel solutions to be pre-configured to deliver powerful business configuration out-of-the-box. The company said Solution Templates are specifically designed to support a variety of business types and by selecting the template that most closely matches their business need, users can evaluate and deploy the entire suite or individual modules quicker and easier, reducing evaluation and deployment cost while maximizing immediate gains for their investment and business efficiency. |
