HRnext Holdings and Asure Complete Purchase of HR Source CodeHRnext Holdings, LLC, the developer and owner of HRnext, a complete integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) software system for small to mid-size companies and payroll service providers, announced Asure Software, a provider of HCM and workforce management tools, completed the purchase of HRnext's integrated HR source code. The relationship began when HRnext Holdings partnered with iSystems/Evolution Software in May 2017 towards developing a fully-integrated platform for Evolution Payroll clients. Following Asure's acquisition of iSystems, and Asure's continued commitment to the project, HRnext successfully launched the software in October 2017. With demand steadily increasing in early 2018, Asure exercised its right to purchase the code from HRnext Holdings.
