A Courteous Communications Wins ATSI Award of Excellence for 5th Consecutive Year

ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- A Courteous Communications has been named one of the top Answering Services in the Nation by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI) at their 2017 Annual Conference held at Palmer House Hilton in Chicago, IL. This is the 5th consecutive year they have been honored with the ATSI Award of Excellence based on their strong work ethic and dedication to customer service.

About the ATSI

The Association of TeleServices International was founded in 1942 as a national Trade Association representing live answering services. Their annual conference is considered to the premier event for professionals within the telecommunications industry as it rewards companies based on proven excellence in their services.

This coveted award started 21 years ago as a way to improve quality within the call center industry. Independent judges are chosen by the ATSI to evaluate message services over a six month period to all qualifying answering service companies in the country.
