Buildium and Tenant Turner Partner on Industry-Best Showings Coordinator Offering

Buildium, the property management solution for real estate professionals, today announced it has teamed up with Tenant Turner to offer its customers a streamlined and automated way to help fill vacant rentals. Its new Showings Coordinator offering powered by Tenant Turner includes Fair-Housing compliant prospective tenant qualifications, scheduling of rental showings, and email and text message follow-ups.

The new partnership is the industry's first single sign-on (SSO) showings integration and will offer substantial time and money savings for Buildium customers. Managing rental vacancies can be expensive for property managers; an average of $40 is lost in rent each day a rental is left vacant and 33% of tenant leads are lost because they come in after hours. Buildium's Showings Coordinator integration with Tenant Turner offers immediate value to customers, including:

Showings Coordinator is now available to all US-based Buildium customers managing rentals and can be activated by visiting the add-ons page in their Buildium settings and signing up for Showings Coordinator. The integration offers a seamless workflow: A property manager can list a unit and syndicate to a listing site using an email and phone number provided by Tenant Turner. Prospective tenants will see the listing and then are able to call into Tenant Turner's automated phone system, or email to request a viewing. Then, the prospective tenant will get a text message and/or automated email with a link to pre-qualify and schedule their viewing. After a prospective tenant schedules a viewing, they will automatically be added to that rentals' leads page and the property manager will be notified. After the showing, Tenant Turner will send the prospective tenan a link to the Buildium online application for that property.
