Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine Announces 2011 Speech Technology Excellence Award Winners

Customer Interaction Solutions has covered call center technology for almost three decades. The magazine has covered the progression from ancient predictive dialers, recording systems, and full CTI integration to IP-PBXs with remote VoIP call center agents. 

The 2011 Speech Technology Excellence Award recognizes companies who have made significant contributions improving speech applications for their clients. Speech technology has become more prevalent in telephony-based applications and in hand-held computers, kiosks and mobile applications.
