It is the Eve of ITEXPO (News - Alert) East 2014—the sun is shining on this beautiful January night in Miami as attendees settle in and prepare for yet another incredible experience at this year’s East coast technology conference. The convention center is already buzzing with anticipation for tomorrow when the event officially kicks off. But before the hustle and bustle begins, let’s look at how you can make the absolute most of your experience at this week’s show:

• Dig deep into the program guide: The program guide is filled cover to cover with everything you need to know about ITEXPO East 2014, from panel sessions to keynote information to details about your food options. If you didn’t get a chance to review the guide, click here for a PDF download before things get started tomorrow. Even if you have already consumed the program guide, keep it handy while exploring the convention center. You’ll be one step ahead of the pack, and that kind of preparedness can prove very advantageous for making the most out of your show experience.

• Get social: Did you know that ITEXPO boasts a strong social media presence? There are thousands of social media users tweeting, hashtagging, and posting while attending the event. Share what you’re most excited about: tweet at that company you bumped into on the exhibit floor and include their Twitter (News - Alert) handle when posting; use the #ITEXPO hashtag when sharing event-related posts; and be sure to connect with the show by tweeting @ITEXPO. You never know—your tweet could pop up on the live social media streams in the main convention halls!

• Engage on the exhibit floor: Don’t leave after your favorite panel session wraps up. Be sure to stay for when the exhibit floor opens on Wednesday, Jan. 29 and stick around until the floor closes Friday, Jan. 31.
