Aspect’s (News - Alert) channel partners can welcome two new additions to its ranks, with ExtraTeam and Qoncert joining in. Aspect has been working on expanding its global channel presence as of late, and with these additions, it hopes to see a great boost to its sales and technology, while helping that of its new partners.

Qoncert, a Florida-based company, has a strong presence in unified communications, which will be boosted with Aspect’s workforce management and optimization solutions. While it initially specialized in Cisco (News - Alert) products, it now provides ancillary products for network infrastructure, focusing on unified communications, routing, switching, security, wireless, data center, and business video.

As for ExtraTeam, the California-based company designs and deploys IT solutions, with customers in retail, government, healthcare, education, construction, and many more markets. It has consulting expertise in competencies based around the Microsoft (News - Alert) collaboration stack, along with core competencies in unified communications and collaboration, video, wireless, security, and more.

"Part of Aspect's channel growth strategy is to attract and engage new partners that have a robust Microsoft practice," says Debbie Moon, Channel Development Director at Aspect.

Adding, "ExtraTeam's strong capabilities installing and servicing SharePoint and Lync deployments offer Aspect a great opportunity to jointly partner with customers looking to add or expand a Lync-based Aspect contact center."

As for Qoncert, Moon says, "Qoncert has a strong unified communications practice and wanted to supplement that service offering with Aspect's industry leading workforce management and optimization solutions."

More channel partners are always helpful, and Aspect made some good choices. Qoncert and ExtraTeam have the experience and capabilities to really support Aspect, and will help expand Aspect’s presence across the United States. All things considered, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
