DialX, a provider of automated messaging solutions for business, recently opened an automated call center in Phoenix, Ariz. to complement its existing center in Las Vegas, Nev.

According to the company, anyone can use this automated call center to deliver prerecorded messages which are auto-dialed to a targeted audience. DialX is also able to deliver direct marketing messages using its onsite “do not call filter.”

Companies can use this new online service simply by logging onto the company’s website. Via the website, they can pre-record messages which are auto-dialed to a targeted audience. DialX claims this easy-to-use service is a more affordable than sending out printed mailers, mainly because it allows companies to sidestep the need to purchase and maintain expensive hardware and software.

DialX is ideally suited to any business or group that requires notification services, including emergency call centers, schools, libraries, churches, veterinary hospitals and clinics, taxi companies, bus services, medical offices, government agencies and debt recovery agencies. The service is also ideal for a small business seeking to quickly grow its customer base.

In addition to the online version of the service, DialX also offers a PC-based version of its product which can be used on-premise– all you need is a PC with an empty PCI slot for each PBX board you wish to install. The company reportedly uses Intel/Dialogic PBX (News - Alert) boards, which, combined with its software, lets you turn your PC into a reliable automated call center. You can deliver your outbound calls using a T-1 or DS3 line – or for analog you can dial out using a 4-line, 8-line or12-line configuration.

“[DialX] gives you the power to automatically call thousands of people per day and deliver your recorded message,” the DialX website states.

DialX claims “setup and training takes only minutes, so you can be up and running in no time.” In addition the system can be integrated “with any CRM system.”

“DialX is persistent, consistent and enthusiastic,” the website states. “It never tires of the monotony of endless calls. Where else could you find a dedicated worker unaffected by rejection, who never calls in sick, never takes a coffee break, never asks for a raise, requires no fringe benefits or payroll taxes and needs no training or supervision?”

The new online automated call center in Phoenix is reportedly part of DialX’s effort to expand its service to the small business market.

The new location reportedly adds the capacity to deliver 4,000 prerecorded messages per minute. It also adds redundancy to DialX’s infrastructure - which is important for businesses delivering emergency notifications and other time sensitive business communications.
