Global 1 Resources to Provide Server Racks for New Opus-3 Data CenterSan Marcos, TX, Aug 06, 2011 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Global 1 Resources, a manufacturer and provider of server racks, has completed a deal with Opus-3 to provide over 300 universal server racks for the new 9,000 square foot data center. In addition to the universal server racks, Global 1 Resources will also be providing two-compartment colocation server racks. The colo racks will allow for dedicated management and hosting, along with colocation hosting capabilities. The G1 server racks will house all of Opus-3 and Client server equipment located on their data floors. Opus-3 has upgraded their access management by adding custom combination/master key locks, offered by Global 1 Resources, on all of their racks. The property for the data center was formerly leased to AudioNet/Broadcast.com/Yahoo!, and Opus-3 has plans to expand the property to over 36,000 square feet.
