Komutel Reveals Voice Recording Solution Now Avaya Compliant

Unified communications solutions provider Komutel recently announced its Komlog solution, a web based recording application for telephone and radio communications, is now compliant with key Avaya OneCloud™ Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) solutions, including the Avaya (News - Alert) Aura® 8.1 platform.




Avaya OneCloud™ users can now securely capture valuable interactions for a wide range of business purposes, including employee training, personalization ,tailored marketing, and service analysis. The Komlog solution has also been designed to meet NENA standards, ensuring safe and secure usage for public and private businesses.

“We are very proud that our Komlog recording software is now compliance tested with the Avaya Aura platform,” said Richard Poulin, Komutel CEO. “With this testing, customers of all sizes can confidently use Komlog to capture audio and metadata from their Avaya systems.”

As a member of the Avaya DevConnect (News - Alert) program, Komutel developers have the ability to submit new products and solutions to the company for rigorous compatibility testing. By testing with Avaya throughout the development process, customers can feel confident e that new upgrades can be introduced to existing infrastructure without complex infrastructural overhauls.
