As an accomplished and result-oriented business executive, Shawn brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in developing and executing effective business strategies across diverse industries, including Technology, Media, Telecom/High Tech, Automotive, Gaming, Financial Services, Retail, CPG, and Travel/Hospitality.



In his extensive career spanning 20+ years, Shawn has held various leadership positions, including senior roles at AT&T, Alorica, Tech Mahindra, Synchronoss Technologies, and Softtek. His responsibilities ranged from defining overall strategies, managing profit and loss (P&L), and building high-performing teams.

Most recently, he spearheaded the global go-to-market strategy, overseeing sales and strategic account responsibilities for North America and LATAM at Softtek. His strategic mindset and leadership experience make him a valuable addition to the TechBlocks team.


At TechBlocks, Shawn will lead the sales team in developing and executing innovative strategies to grow the business and expand its market footprint. His role also involves driving incremental revenue while nurturing existing client relationships. With a keen understanding of developing sustainable strategies for long-term growth, Shawn is committed to helping TechBlocks grow strategically.
