Phelps will serve as one of three independent board members, joining Tracey Newell and Jeremy Bash. He also serves on the board for Nisos, The Managed Intelligence Company®. Phelps is a mentor and advisor to CEOs and their boards, leveraging his expertise in technology services gained over his 35+ year career, including more than 20 years leading global cyber and risk businesses for Accenture and Booz Allen Hamilton. He is also an active early-stage cyber investor as a partner and Investment Committee Member for Blu Ventures. Phelps co-founded the Virginia-based start-up SevenSpace, a pioneer in the nascent market for remotely delivered IT managed services, in 2000. SevenSpace was acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2005.
