Andra Capital Announces Token Offering for Its Silicon Valley CoinAndra Capital is announcing the offering of its asset-backed security token, Silicon Valley Coin (SVC), to qualified purchasers in the U.S. and permitted investors worldwide. The Fund plans to invest in shares of private pre-IPO late stage technology companies, representing a more than $500 billion asset class.
