The Leesman Index measures a variety of factors, including employee satisfaction around the level of support for important work activity, as well as acoustics, temperature and natural light in the office. The Plantronics European headquarters garnered the highest Leesman ranking possible, known as Leesman+, which is awarded to an elite group of workplaces that score 70 Lmi or above on Leesman’s standardized performance scale.
