The Richmond-area consultant will work with clients throughout the Eastern region to deliver strategic employee benefits solutions that address both the physical and financial health of the organization. Prior to joining Alliant, Phares was Senior Vice President within the Virginia practice of a national insurance brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm.
